Unanticipated Issues

As with every home improvement/construction project, building a new fence can have some unanticipated issues that arise during the project. Some of these issues include weather, digging conditions, and specialty fences.

When working outside, the crews are subject to the whims of the weather. The crews use power tools that are unsafe to use if it is raining. Other elements such as snow or ice creates slick road conditions that are unsafe to drive a large truck to a project. In these conditions, the crew will either pause on the installation, or may not be able to work at all.

The difficulty of the digging conditions are hard to determine until the crew arrives at a project. Rocky or clay soil can cause the crew to take an extra day in order to get the posts set.

Specialty fences look very sleek and specific to a home, but it may be more complicated to build. There are extra measurements the crew has to make, and use special order items to complete sections of the fence.

When the busy fence building season starts, any unanticipated issues not only cause a backup with one project, but they can also affect other projects. With this in mind, we are here to make your fence installation go as smoothly as possible, and work out the kinks with as few complications as possible.
